Manish Bhasme is the Founder and Technical Director of CFD Consultants India, specializing in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), process engineering, thermal systems, ventilation, HVAC, and oil & gas applications. With a Master’s degree in Computational Fluid Dynamics and Chemical Plant Design, he has successfully delivered advanced engineering solutions for clients across diverse industries. He is a Member of the Advisory Board, FOSSEE, IIT Bombay, and a participant in the prestigious Cornell Maha60 Program, which recognizes promising startups in Maharashtra. Through a combination of technical expertise and industry experience, he helps organizations optimize designs, improve performance, and address complex engineering challenges through simulation-driven solutions.

Dr. Gert-Jan van der Gulik
Senior CFD Specialist
Dr. Gert-Jan Van Der Gulik is a Senior CFD Expert at CFD Consultants India, with over 30 years of experience in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) and Experimental Fluid Dynamics (EFD). He holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Twente and both a Master’s degree and Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, The Netherlands. He has successfully delivered advanced engineering solutions across the food processing, oil & gas, water infrastructure, energy, and process industries.
Widely recognized for his expertise in pump systems, pump sumps, hydraulic performance, and complex fluid flow applications, Dr. Van Der Gulik has led numerous industrial projects worldwide. Combining deep technical expertise in ANSYS CFD, Star-CCM+, and experimental validation with practical industry experience, he helps clients optimize performance, improve reliability, and solve complex engineering challenges through simulation-driven solutions.
Vishal Jadhav
Senior Fire and CFD Engineer
Vishal Jadhav is a Senior Fire and CFD Engineer at CFD Consultants India, specializing in fire and smoke movement analysis using Fire Dynamics Simulator (FDS). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and has extensive experience delivering performance-based fire engineering studies for basement car parks, road and rail tunnels, metro stations, shopping malls, atriums, and high-rise buildings.
His expertise includes smoke management, staircase pressurization, jet fan ventilation systems, tunnel ventilation, and code-compliance assessments. Having successfully supported numerous fire safety and ventilation projects, Vishal plays a key role in ensuring that designs meet regulatory requirements while maintaining occupant safety and operational efficiency through advanced fire and smoke simulation techniques.
